INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

I provide individually tailored, culturally-informed, evidence-based psychotherapy to individuals.  I focus my practice on managing anxiety, depression, anger, relational conflict, substance abuse, trauma, impulsive behavior, and personality disorders.

COUPLES THERAPY

I provide dialectical behavior and emotionally focused therapies to high conflict couples looking to disrupt entrenched patterns of conflict and improve connection.

FAMILY THERAPY

I employ dialectical behavior therapy to help families reduce conflict, improve parenting, address substance abuse, and manage mental illness.

GROUP THERAPY

I provide skills training in group settings to help people learn to manage emotions. Group therapy has certain advantages over individual therapy.  First, group treatment tends to be less expensive than individual therapy.  Second, group learning allows participants to rehearse new skills in a social context that is closer to that encountered in day to day life. Third, participants often report that it is normalizing to learn amongst those who struggle with similar challenges.
